Coaching

Are you ready to become wildly alive and bring your gifts in service to life?

Are you at a threshold where the path forward asks you to fully embody what you already know — and to meet the parts of yourself that have been quietly keeping things contained?

“Why would I not trust life?

It's like a seed

evading the rain,

like a sunflower, just unfurling,

trying to avoid the sun.”

Who this work is for

You may be a committed practitioner — a leader, founder, creative, fellow teacher or coach — who has already done significant inner work and is refining how to embody what you know. Maybe you're at a threshold — releasing an old chapter, sensing what wants to emerge next. Maybe what's surfacing now is something you can't think your way through, and the next layer of unfolding is asking for a different kind of contact.

You understand that personal unfolding and planetary unfolding are one movement. You sense that the work ahead isn't more optimization or self-improvement — it's a remembering of what we already are, and a fuller embodiment of what wants to flow through us in service to life.

Together, we may explore:

  • Refining heart intentions — articulating what we're truly here for, bringing our gifts in service to something larger than ourselves

  • Integrating embodiment — moving from intellectual understanding into felt sense, somatic presence, and the metabolization of emotional energy through the body

  • Freeing ourselves from lingering patterns — the self-judgment, perfectionism, playing small, procrastination, and the more subtle contractions that can persist even after years of practice

  • Integrating contemplative practice with worldly responsibility — bringing inner depth and skillfulness to leading, building, creating, parenting, and/or teaching

  • Crossing thresholds — releasing an old chapter, claiming our sovereign voice, opening to a ground that holds us through transition

  • Falling more deeply in love with being itself — coming home to the trust, presence, and aliveness that has always been here

This work is not for those looking for quick fixes, productivity hacks, or someone to tell you what to do. It's for those ready to meet themselves — all of themselves — with patience and curiosity, and to participate wholeheartedly in the unfolding that is already happening.

How I Work

The work is rooted in a simple, revolutionary premise: you are already whole. Nothing is missing. We are not here to fix what's broken — we are here to create the conditions for your innate wholeness to unfold into an ever-deepening expression.

Together, we slow down and meet what's actually here. The tightness in the throat. The heaviness in the chest. The sweetness arising and the part that's quietly pulling you away from feeling it. We notice what's surfacing and what's deepening. We turn toward the parts of you that have been doing their best to protect you — not with the agenda of changing them, but with the patience of careful, sustained contact. Letting them be felt, met, and understood maybe for the first time, or in a new way.

As trust builds, more becomes available to be felt. And as more is felt and moving, depth and innate qualities of presence become accessible. The work compounds over time. What once felt challenging to be with becomes ground you can stand on.

This is body-based as much as it is contemplative. Insight that isn’t embodied doesn't change how you actually live. So we follow the felt experience — the felt sense or image, the emotional energies arising and passing — and let what's understood reshape what's embodied.

I bring contemplative depth, relational attunement, transmission where it serves, and the learnings from my own ongoing unfoldment work. I won't ask you to go anywhere I haven't been.

This work is oriented toward your own sovereignty and ground — not toward dependency on me. The container is our sessions themselves and the integration you carry into your life between them. I'll share integrating practices or reflections when they serve, and you’re welcome to reach out between sessions if you’d like to check in or need support — but the work is yours. You are the one developing the capacity to meet whatever arises.

This work happens in relationship

The hurts that calcify into our patterns most often arose in relationship. And the fullest metabolization of them happens in relationship too. What you are held in, in our container, is what allows what's been held to unfold.

Over time, this changes how you inhabit the relational fields of your life. The way you come home to yourself becomes how you receive others. The patience you bring to your own protective parts becomes the patience you bring to how you connect with your family, friends, clients, and colleagues. What's metabolized becomes available in every space you inhabit.

What becomes possible

  • Coming home to yourself — finding the ground that's been here all along, and the wholeness that doesn't require fixing

  • Holding the both/and — discovering that you can be solid and open, sovereign and tender, deeply at rest and fully alive to what life is asking. The places where you've felt forced to choose were never the real choice

  • Meeting intensity without closing down — being present to what is, including what's hard, without armoring against it or dissociating from it. Your capacity grows alongside what surfaces

  • Embodying what you already know — moving teaching from concept into being; the understanding becomes how you move, how you listen and speak, how you connect, how you make decisions when no one's watching

  • Leading and creating from being — accessing your authentic voice and natural authority, and creating fields of trust, safety, presence, and possibility for those around you

  • Following aliveness as a compass — using the felt sense of what's truly alive in you as a guide for what's yours to do and where to engage

  • Living the questions — deepening your capacity to be with uncertainty, complexity, and what's unresolved, letting clarity emerge in its own time

  • Bringing your gifts forward — clarifying what's yours to offer, finding the inner and outer resources to do it, and bringing it in service to something larger

The pace of this work

Two rhythms run alongside each other.

The protective patterns that have been working hard on your behalf for years soften at their own pace. This is patient work — the slow, attuned building of trust with what's been holding for so long. There is no rushing this, and trying to is part of what kept things stuck.

And then there is the quickening. As trust deepens and what's been held begins to release, depth and qualities of presence become more readily accessible. What took weeks to first contact may, later, spontaneously arise to meet the moment.

Both rhythms are part of the natural unfolding. Knowing this can save you from impatience with the slowness and surprise at the acceleration.

Practical details

Coaching engagements begin with a 12-session container, meeting weekly for 60-minute sessions. Weekly cadence is what allows the unfoldment to build momentum and trust; after the first month or so, we may shift to biweekly if that better serves where you are.

Many clients continue beyond the first container into longer arcs — 6-month, year-long or longer engagements that give space for the deep developmental work to unfold across seasons of life, with flexibility for breaks as life requires.

I take on a limited number of clients at a time so each container can be held with full presence and attention.
